ABS Group has worked with a major pharmaceutical manufacturer where we identified critical equipment maintenance and lubrication requirements and set up these requirements and lubrication routes within the CMMS system. We worked and defined enhanced maintenance plans (EMPs), which included updating of all PM/ PdM and lubrication tasks within the customer CMMS system (Infor 7i, Maximo and SAP PM).
- Implemented and helped staff planning and scheduling resources to assist the major pharmaceutical manufacturer in carrying out its reliability strategy.
- Set up and helped develop baseline condition assessment information for their critical systems and equipment.
- Helped redesign and implement an improved plant lubrication program and update to customer CMMS system, which included global conformance standards for oil/grease specifications as well as task frequency and routing.
ABS Group established and implemented the current training standard for this major pharmaceutical manufacturer by conducting training and mentoring programs for engineering staff that represented over 40 major pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.
