Leadership

John Denny

President
S&K Mission Support

John Denny is a President who works with S&K Mission Support to providing Engineering and Technical support to a variety of Department of Energy customers at multiple locations throughout the US.

John has over 30 years experience managing engineering and technical support contracts in the government contract workspace. John has supported customers including NASA, National Science Foundation, NSA, and multiple state agencies.

John has landed numerous contracts including a 10-year $200 million contract with the National Science Foundation supporting the Antarctic Science Operations and a 10-year $100 million contract supporting NASA Johnson Space Center.

John holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Texas State University and an associate degree in computer science from Alvin Community College.

Jake Stenzler

Vice President, Global Government
ABS Group

Jake Stenzler, Ph.D., is Vice President, Global Government based in ABS Group’s Arlington, Virginia Office in the Greater Washington D.C. Area. Jake is responsible for the operations and growth of ABS Group’s government contracts, primarily supporting the U.S. Federal Government in multiple facets of national security and risk management.

Jake is an innovative and results-oriented leader with a diverse background that spans the corporate, non-profit, government and academic arenas. He has more than 15 years of experience supporting the Federal Government in terrorism and natural hazards risk analysis, software development, cyber security, and intelligence analysis. He has spent the bulk of his career supporting multiple organizations within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Jake holds both a Ph.D. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and a bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering from the University of Maryland.

At Snow Eagle Group, Jake is a member of the board of directors and provides client engagement expertise.

David Dean

VP, Business Development
S&K Technologies, Inc. / S&K Mission Support

David is currently a Senior Program Manager and Business Development Lead at S&K Mission Support. A native Houstonian with over 30 years of project and program management experience, David graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Electronics and entered the USMC where he spent 20 years as a fighter pilot. Transitioning from USMC F/A-18 squadron command to the civilian work force in 1996. he joined Lockheed Martin as a Project/Program Manager. During the next 10 years he managed numerous research and development projects across diverse technical areas such as advanced life support, communications, and laptop computers for use on the ISS and Space Shuttle. In 2006 David joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a program manager and systems engineering lead. He worked on NASA and Department of Homeland Security projects with a focus on optimizing R&D project success. A Certified Project Management Instructor and Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he was a co-founder of the Clear Lake/Galveston chapter of the Project Management Institute.

Frank Genco

Director of Business Development, Global Government
ABS Group

Frank is a military veteran with over 30 years of experience in emergency management/disaster response and business management consulting. Since retiring from active duty, he has consulted for many federal agencies and private sector organizations as a business process and disaster response/recovery subject matter expert. He has written catastrophic response plans for federal agencies and been called upon by global financial and energy corporations to audit their disaster response and recovery operations.

Frank has proven himself extremely effective for his clients in applying project management, business process optimization and risk mitigation principles to disaster response entities on national and global scales.  He also has supported DHS entities with large scale financial modernization projects and the associated business process re-engineering necessary for successful implementations and deployment.

Frank is a Certified Project Management Professional and a Lean Six sigma Master Blackbelt. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the United States Coast Guard Academy and Masters of Science Degree in Aeronautical Science and a Masters of Business Administration.

At Snow Eagle Group, Frank supports business development/solutioning and business intelligence services across the global government sector.

Liz Joyner

Senior Project Manager

Liz Joyner is an accomplished Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in operations and project management. With an M.S. in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland University College and a B.S. in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland – College Park, Liz has a diverse educational background that has served her well throughout her career. In addition to her academic achievements, Liz has worked as an analyst supporting FEMA for several years. Her experience developing competitive onboarding strategies, discussing benefits with new employees, overseeing management onboarding risks, and mitigating turnover rates by initiating team building activities make her a valuable asset to any team. Liz’s unique skill set, combined with her passion for problem-solving and her dedication to delivering high-quality results, make her an indispensable member of the Snow Eagle Group team.

Kristy Huang

Business Development Manager

Kristy Huang is a Business Development Manager for ABS Group’s Global Government team. Based in Washington, DC, Kristy is responsible for business growth, primarily supporting the U.S. Federal Government Chemical, Energy, Transportation Systems, and Nuclear Reactors, Materials, and Waste
Critical Infrastructure Sectors.

As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Shipley-trained Proposal and Capture Manager, she brings a deep understanding of the federal procurement process and over 10 years of experience across the federal civilian marketplace. Her business development, capture, and proposal
management experience include working for both small, mid-tier, and large companies including, CGI Federal, NIC Federal, and Analytica. Kristy also serves as the President for AFCEA Bethesda Emerging Leaders.

At Snow Eagle Group, Kristy supports business development and capture activities across the global government sector. Her areas of focus for business growth primarily encompass Advanced Analytics, Cybersecurity, Business Support Services, Geospatial Solutions, and Renewable Energy Consulting.

Ruta Haile

Pricing, Contracts and Subcontracts Director

Ruta Haile is an experienced Pricing, Contracts and Subcontracts Director with 17 years of comprehensive knowledge in Federal, International, and Commercial Markets. She has extensive expertise in Federal procurement laws, regulations, practices, and procedures. Ruta has managed large and diverse portfolios. She is capable of identifying and implementing strategies to reduce costs, increase revenue, strengthen customer relationships, improve business practices, mitigate risk, and drive growth & profitability. She has experience in proposal development, contract management, subcontract management, audit preparation, regulatory compliance, and customer/supplier relationship building.
