ABSG Consulting and S&K Mission Support Win Federal Transit Administration Contract to Strengthen Public Transportation Safety

ABSG Consulting Inc. (ABS Consulting), a leading global operational risk management company, and S&K Mission Support (SKMS), a preeminent tribal professional services firm, have announced their joint venture, Snow Eagle Group (SEG), has been awarded a contract with the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to assist in administering the National Public Transportation Safety Program (Safety Program). SEG will provide technical and policy support services to facilitate data and risk-based Safety Management Systems (SMS) processes, supporting the FTA’s mission to help transit agencies identify, analyze and prioritize safety concerns.

SEG has the advantages of an SBA Tribal 8(a) Certification, Small Disadvantaged and Minority Owned Business, along with the extensive experience of a large company.

ABS Consulting has been providing technical and management risk consulting services to numerous civilian and defense agencies, including the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of Energy (DOE) and the United States Navy.

SKMS, the program protégé, is an SBA Section 8(a) tribally owned small business providing services for the federal government and private sector in the aerospace and energy industries. It supports critical programs for agencies within the Department of Defense (DOD), DOE and DOT, offering business oversight, as well as technical, administrative, IT and engineering services.
